MeV v4.2.02 contains several important bug fixes. All MeV users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to this newest version. Please see the release notes for details: http://www.tm4.org/documentation/MeV_4_2_release_notes.pdf

Also of possible interest to our users is a new normalization tutorial. MeV assumes that data loaded into it has already been normalized. Learn about ways to normalize Affymetrix GeneChip(R) array data (.cel files) using three different normalization methods at http://www.tm4.org/normalizing.html .
